Unisolar Solar Panels
Thin-film technology is about half as efficient as crystalline panels (Sharp, BP, Shell), but price per watt is about the same. These panels degrade much quicker than crystalline panels. The ten year old ones I've tested are putting out less than half their rated wattage. The company claims their newer ones are improved. The main advantage is that the plastic-covered ones cannot be broken and some of them are flexible enough to roll up.
